HERBS, SPICES & TEAS: All herbs are ethically gathered at peak potency. Herbs are lab tested, 100% pure, free of pesticides and herbicides and are not fumigated or irradiated. “c/s” stands for cut and sifted.
PAYMENT METHOD (via PAYPAL): Upon submitting your order, you will be taken directly to Paypal to submit payment for your order. YOU DO NOT NEED TO OPEN A PAYPAL ACCOUNT FOR THIS SERVICE. PAYMENT METHOD (via PERSONAL CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS): Personal and business checks are accepted, along with money orders. If you are sending a check or money order, please include the shipping fee(s) as listed below. All checks must clear prior to shipment of any product. (U.S. banks only.) PAYMENT METHOD (via PHONE-IN CREDIT CARDS): We welcome and accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover for phone-in orders. If you place an order and the address is incorrect, the error is yours. If you do not request an address update in a timely manner, the order will be shipped to the original address. All orders that have Paypal addresses adjusted on my end lose all Paypal protections, per Paypal policy.
RETURN POLICY/CANCELLATION POLICY: ALL "LOOSE" HERB & TEA SALES ARE FINAL. Tinctures/Extracts may be returned if they are UNOPENED and SEALED as they were originally sent to you. Due to health considerations and contamination factors, if your tinctures have been opened, they cannot be returned. When you buy our products, please be assured they are of the highest quality. We strive for accuracy in pricing and descriptions. Should you find a discrepancy, please let us know as soon as possible. "CUSTOM BLENDS" may not be returned or refunded. Approved returns must be post-marked within 7 days from date of delivery.
IF YOU WISH TO RETURN ANY GIFT ITEM or UNOPENED TINCTURES, please contact Mary at crescentmoonherbals@yahoo.com and explain the reason for the return. You will be reimbursed your original payment (less shipping) by way of your original payment offering (i.e. Paypal, check, credit card) once the item has been returned in its original, unopened condition. All return postage is the responsibility of the sender and should be mailed with insurance and include postal or carrier tracking information to assure secure delivery and arrival by the shipping carrier.
SHIPPING: Shipping rates are as follows. Please note: Any items returned due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer will be subject to additional return shipping fees. If the error was ours, you will not be billed any penalties. We ship to listed Paypal addresses. Please allow 48-72 hours for shipping of product.
SHIPPING RETURNS DUE TO BUYER ERROR: ALL ORDERS SHIPPED, THEN RETURNED TO Crescent Moon Herbals because the buyer provided an incorrect or incomplete address (see above), or did not accept the order for any reason whatsoever, or any other potential reason that ends in the package(s) being returned to CMH, will be charged a 10% RESTOCKING FEE on the total "value" of your order. This fee is to defray any and all costs incurred by CMH in receiving, preparing, processing, time, labor, gas/mileage to the post office, and the processing of the returned item back into inventory.
SHIPPING DAMAGES/LOST PACKAGES: Please notify the carrier that delivered your goods immediately and then contact us immediately. Save all boxes and packing materials for inspection via carrier service. CMH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Insurance on products is available upon request at an additional fee. Once the post office has your package, they are completely responsible for delivering the order. Should you have an issue with a delivery, please call your local Postmaster and have him speak with the carrier to find out where they left the order. Once the order shows delivered by the Post Office, there is nothing I can do on my end.
